Our Academy division utilises the facilities of our key partners as well as our ZOOSCH Chefs Academy run from the grade II listed Harthill Cookery School in rural Cheshire. The Chefs Academy is a vibrant centre for professionals to learn and to indulge their passion for food and leave with a sense of achievement.
Our courses can cover specialisms such as Game, Fish, Butchery and NPD whereas our Leadership, Communication and Team Building programmes have been designed to include kitchen activity as a teaching method.

Brian is an award winning Master Chef of Great Britain, former Head Chef at BBC and Executive Chef at Granada TV. He has been involved in all aspects of food preparation from cooking privately for celebrities and royalty to presenting live masterclasses at major trade shows and exhibitions.
